I am Fr. Franklin Joseph Pottananickal, A Catholic Priest, ordained for the Diocese of Kalyan, Mumbai, India. At present, I am serving as a Parish Priest. I secured a licentiate in Institutional and Social Communication from the Pontifical University of Holy Cross, Rome. I am especially grateful for the various opportunities of training I received from the Pontifical Council of Social Communication, Rome, from EWTN (Eternal Word Television Network), U.S.A., from CNS (Catholic News Service), U.S.A. and from the Diocesan Communication Office of Wurzburg, Germany. The knowledge and experience I gained through all of them has been extremely fulfilling.
This is my personal blog with a focus on informing and inspiring humanity. It is a humble attempt on my part to make a difference in the world, however small it may be. It may contain reflections, life stories, sermons or anything I find worthy to communicate to the world. I am personally interested in utilizing the new technologies of communication in the service of humanity and the Church. I am also in the process of bringing out my maiden book, on the Internet and the Indian Church.
